Shootmoto.com was created in January 2006 by photographer Mikko Petteri Nassi. Shootmoto.com aims to provide media outlets, racers, teams, clubs, and track day goers with quality photography from motorsport events in Malaysia and the region. Shootmoto.com has experienced steady growth since its inception and has lots of good things lined up for 2007.

Mikko is from Finland and has been living in Malaysia since 1999. He has been into photography for close to a decade, and he's been involved in motorsports even longer. His interest in Motorsports was sparked first by Finnish formula 1 world champion Keke Rosberg and later by other Finnish F1 stars. He took to karting in the mid nineties and has been active in the sport since. He has also taken part in a few car races such as Formula Malaysia/Hayabusa and Formula BMW Asia events, been a co-driver at a Malaysian Rally Championship round, and does the occasional track day on a bike as well as doing some advanced driver coaching. Being actively involved in Motorsport provides Mikko with a unique view from behind the lens from the perspective of a racer.

Shootmoto.com primarily use Nikon digital SLR camera bodies and high quality lenses and accessories including the 70-200/F2.8 VR, 17-55/F2.8, 12-24/F4, 300/F2.8 lenses, SB600 and SB800 flashes, and teleconverters.
